Please take the time to read through the information below to ensure your mobilisation happens quickly and smoothly.

Prior to mobilising to a MinRes site (FIFO) or entering site (DIDO), you will be required to undertake a COVID-19 RAT test.

  • Please note you must have a negative RAT test completed prior to flying/driving to site, tests must be be uploaded the morning of the mobilisation to site.
  • Register your negative test result using the following link
  • Please register your Pre-Mobilisation RAT Test here where you will be required to upload a photo of your negative RAT (with the current date written on it) alongside your driver’s licence.
  • Site will be able to access the data from the HelloWorks spreadsheet to flag the staff who have not been compliant with uploading their results.

If you have any issues or concerns, please liaise with your MRL Site administration team relevant to the mobilisation site.

Make sure you report any positive RAT results to your supervisor and our COVID-19 Support team at and follow associated isolation and testing protocols.

All MinRes approved subcontractors mobilising to site are required to use our INX+ Process system to submit required information,

Once logged in you will be able to mobilise your personnel using the correct workflows Mobilisation or Remobilisation.

You will need to provide the MRL minimum requirements via the Site Entry Requirements (SER’s section of the workflow)

You’re required to complete an online induction via our Learning Management System (LMS).

Once your mobilisation workflow has been committed, new profiles will be sent an auto email with login details to complete the mandatory inductions.

If the profile already exists please provide the below link to your personnel and advise them to complete a password reset (noting that the username is the email address provided in + Process)

Onslow Airport is an MinRes site, please adhere to MinRes requirements as there is no additional special requirements.

Please submit your request via + Process.

Please find below the requirements to access the Port of Ashburton precinct, you will need to complete PPA online inductions, a drugs and alcohol test & supply a selfie type photo to obtain the PPA access card.

Please compete all inductions listed below, they take approx. 4 hours to complete.

  • PPA Security Induction
  • PPA Take 5 and JHA Induction
  • PPA Environmental Induction
  • PPA Health and Safety Induction
  • Site Specific Induction – Ashburton

Once you have completed your inductions, you will receive the Site Access Application Form, please provide to your administrator for processing they will upload this form into your INX +Process mobilisation submission.


Should you need to mobilise outside of this timeframe, you must seek MRL GM approval using the below approval template.

As the General Manager responsible for this request, I hereby approve for the above worker to be expedited and acknowledge the below site entry requirements may not be met prior to arrival on site.

  • Medical / DAS results (including Medical Declaration & FFW)
  • 4 x MRL Online pre-mob Inductions
  • Any other non-client related site entry requirements

The approval must be uploaded into the INX +process workflow prior to submission.


Once you’re ready to submit your mobilisation, make sure you have all the required documents (filled out) on hand:

1. Log in to our INX+ Process System – submit your details and site entry requirements.
2. Your mobilisation will then be in the system for processing and you’ll receive communication from the system with the status of your mobilisation once in progress.
3. Once all requirements have been met, your mobilisation is confirmed and you’ll receive confirmation from our Mobilisations team.
