We are always working to improve our environmental outcomes and have been progressively undertaking quality rehabilitation work across the Yilgarn, at Carina, Carina Extended, Jackson 4, Aurora Camp and our newly acquired Koolyanobbing iron ore mine.
We are increasing our capacity in this area so that each of our owner-operator sites has a dedicated Environment Advisor to assist in raising environmental awareness and support compliance activities.
Our Environment team are also making plans to partner with universities to investigate and analyse new and improved practices that enhance long term environmental outcomes to ensure we operate sustainably while minimising our impact.
