By now you should have been provided your contractor administrator login details to start using the mobilisation system INX +Process.

To speed the process up we have changed the way we set our contractor administrator up, in the below sections you will find our induction has been broken down into shorter videos for each module allowing you to view as many times as you require.

Please watch and understand at a minimum the Create Profile workflow video & the Mobilisation workflow video so you will be able to start mobilising.

Please note the written amendments to the induction videos, they will be listed underneath each video if there has been an amendment made after the recording.

Access to INX +Process for Administrators

To request Mobilisation to a MinRes or MinRes client site, you will need to gain access to our INX +Process system.

New Vendor Setup to MinRes Mobilisations:

You can do this by emailing our Mobilisations Team, please include the below important information in your email, as well as your new user form.

You will need to nominate an administrator or delegate to submit Mobilisation requests in the system. Please have this person complete and attach this form INX +Process – New User Request Form – V3

New user process:

Once new user form is returned, we will setup a profile in INX +Process.
We will then issue your INX +Process login details to you.
Head to the induction module videos page and learn how to use +Process.

Existing Vendor requiring additional Admin Users:

You will need to fill out the INX +Process – New User Request Form – V3 for any new administration person that requires access to +Process, to manage mobilisation requests for your company.

**Our travel system is in transition mode, and you will be advised which system you will need to use.

INX +Process Welcome Intro Login Dashboard

**Login details are now provided prior to complete an induction.
**Sites that have transitioned to our new travel system have new mobilisation processes; these can be found of MinRes Locations Website.
.**Draft workflows (prior to submission) will be automatically deleted after 14 days.

INX +Process Create Profile

**Work Phone number and Personal mobilisation should be in the following format: +61400000000
**If you find the correct profile and you cannot double click to open in the create profile workflow – cancel that request and start your mobilisation workflow.

INX +Process Mobilisation

**All LMS Inductions completion certificates must be uploaded into the site entry requirement line.
**INX InFlight App only works currently for Android phones. Apple phone is unsupported.
**Sites that have transitioned to the new travel system will have a new app called Workforce Kisok App supporting information on this app is found on the SAM Workflow website or the relevant site page found of MinRes Locations Website.
**MinRes Sub-Contractor Medical Declaration form has been updated and found on the Mobilisation website.

INX +Process Remobilisation

**As our sites transition to the new travel system remobilisations workflows are not required, you will need to use the mobilisation workflow to mobilise to each site.

INX +Process Change Roster New Booking

**As our sites transition to the new travel system new booking workflows are not required, you will need to use the mobilisation workflow to mobilise to each site.

INX +Process Cancel Booking

**As our sites transition to the new travel system cancel workflows are not required, you will need to use the mobilisation workflow to mobilise to each site.
