All goods and services supplied to MinRes are required to be supplied following the applicable Terms and Conditions of Purchase unless a separate overriding written contract has been entered into with MinRes.

Preventing modern slavery
We are committed to preventing modern slavery across our business and supply chain. MinRes requires our suppliers to operate in an ethical, responsible, open and transparent manner comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Whistleblower Policy
Our Whistleblower Policy provides an avenue to report any issues that breaches MinRes' Code of Conduct and Business Integrity or other inappropriate conduct.
Small business suppliers
If MinRes’ purchase of goods and/or services (as set out in the applicable purchase order) amounts to a ‘small business contract’ (as that term is defined in the ‘Australian Consumer Law’ set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Law Act 2010 (Cth), the MinRes Terms & Conditions of Purchase – Small Business will apply to that Purchase Order.
Non-small business suppliers
If MinRes’ purchase of goods and/or services (as set out in the applicable purchase order) is not a Small Business Contract (as defined above), the MinRes Standard Terms & Conditions of Purchase will apply to that Purchase Order
