Statement

MinRes Insurance Pte Ltd (MinRes Insurance) is a captive insurer and forms part of the Mineral Resources group.

MinRes Insurance is incorporated and domiciled in the Republic of Singapore under the Insurance Act 1966. Its registered office and principal place of business is at 8 Marina View, #09-05 Asia Square Tower 1, Singapore 018960. MinRes Insurance underwrites the risks of Mineral Resources Limited and related companies as defined under Sections 5 and 6 of the Singapore Companies Act 1967 and such other risks as the Monetary Authority of Singapore may allow.

Marsh Management Services Singapore Pte Ltd is the appointed captive manager. MinRes Insurance does not directly employ its own personnel.
