Mineral Resources has evolved from a mining contracting services company to also owning and operating its own commodity projects.
Mineral Resources and its subsidiaries offer the full suite of pit-to-port mining and mining logistics services – including exploration, planning, mine design and construction, the construction and operation of minerals process facilities, commodity transportation and marketing services.
CSI Mining Services (CSI)
Established in 1994 as Crushing Services International, this business has grown into a renowned provider of contract crushing, screening, processing and specialist mining services business within the resources sector. Over time, CSI’s service offering has expanded to build, own, operate (BOO) projects where MinRes provides both the capital infrastructure and the operational expertise. CSI’s service offering also includes the design, manufacture, commissioning and ongoing on-site operation and maintenance of plant facilities as well as the provision of specialised mine services such as materials handling, plant and equipment hire, plant and equipment maintenance, tails recovery, aggregate crushing, and mine design, engineering and construction.
To reflect the business growth, in 2019, Crushing Services International commenced trading as CSI Mining Services.

Mining Wear Parts (MWP)
In April 2020, we completed the acquisition of the Mining Wear Parts (MWP) business, which provides specialist parts to the mining, quarrying and recycling industries across Australia.
Established in 2016 and based in Brisbane, MWP has grown to become a leading and profitable national supplier of replacement parts used in crushing, milling, slurry pumps, mobile equipment and various consumable products such as castings. MWP is now a division of MinRes’ mining services business and allows us to further vertically integrate our supply chain.
In 2023, MinRes acquired G&G Mining, which specialises in the design, manufacture, repair and refurbishment of mobile mining equipment. This includes excavator buckets, dump truck trays, water tanks and excavator booms.
G&G Mining has been supporting the mining industry for over 30 years, operating from a purpose-built workshop in Hazelmere.
G&G Mining is part of MinRes’ Mining Services division, allowing us to offer these services to our external clients and internal business, resulting in a low-cost solution focusing on local manufacturing.
