Please take the time to read the information below to ensure your mobilisation happens quickly and smoothly.

SAM Workflow is going live on Monday 11th December!

Critical changes to note:

  • +Process workflows submitted by COB Friday 8th, for travel dates up to 17th December, will be processed in INX InFlight
  • +Process submissions after this date, will need to have travel requested in SAM Workflow.
  • Travel requests for the 18th of December onwards, will need to be submitted in Sam Workflow.
  • InFlight will not be available on Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th for any booking requests.
  • Site Admin will now approve all travel, please consult with them directly for all travel related queries. (Link site admin contacts)
  • Once an individual is Mobilised and confirmed compliant, you will not need to submit any more Remobilisation workflows in +Process.
  • All mandatory online LMS Inductions must be completed prior to submitting a +Process Mobilisation workflow.


The below must be held on file MinRes reserves the right to request a copy at any time:

A full PEM medical should be held on file valid 12 months from completion.

The Medical should have the below components:

    • Pre-Employment Medical Assessment
    • Standard Audiometry
    • Spirometry
    • Musculoskeletal Assessment
  • Current Driver’s Licence Back & Front – Check the status of a WA Licence 
  • Working at Heights (within 2-year period role specific)
  • Confined Space (within 2-year period role specific)
  • Gas Testing (within 2-year period role specific)
  • CPR & LVR (within 12 months validity – Electricians only)
  • Construction Industry Induction (White Card) – Construction Sites/Projects Only

If you are unsure of the additional certificate requirements, please ask your MinRes site contact.
Your site contact is the person who engaged you on your specific project or site to undertake work.

You are required to complete online inductions via our Learning Management System (LMS).

Once your create profile workflow has been committed, new profiles will be sent an auto email with login details to complete the mandatory inductions.

If the profile already exists, please provide the below link to your personnel, and advise them to complete a password reset (noting that the username is the email address provided in + Process)

Should you need to mobilise outside of this timeframe, you must seek MinRes GM approval using the below approval template.


As the General Manager responsible for this request, I hereby approve for the above position(s) to be exempt from the following processing requirements and acknowledge the Mobilisation team will not follow up on this once approval has been given.

(Please remove items you are not willing to exempt)

  1. Medical / DAS results (including Medical Declaration)
  2. Online LMS Inductions
  3. Other: please specify

The approval must be uploaded into the INX +process workflow prior to submission.

Once you’re ready to submit your mobilisation, make sure you have all the required documents (filled out) on hand:

1. Once all LMS inductions have been completed, submit your Mobilisation workflow with all mandatory requirements.
2. Once Submitted you’ll receive communication from the system with the status of your mobilisation once in progress.
3. Once the candidate has been deemed compliant, the mobilisation team will issue a mobilisation approval email, advising to proceed with submitting travel via SAM Workflow.
