Expanding from the original collection launched last year at 20 Walters HQ, we are shifting our lens to our sites, to feature and exhibit what makes up our MinRes family.
It’s not every day the opportunity is offered to sit for a timeless black and white portrait by an internationally renowned photographer Russell James, who also leads as the MinRes Brand Director. From Vogue to Vanity Fair, sporting icons, pop stars and some the world’s great leaders, Russell has captured them on his camera.
Be part of a campaign that is bettering diversity and fostering an inclusive landscape within the mining industry as we celebrate and centre our focus on people and their authenticity. Let our creative team guide you through this ultimate experience.
As a thank you, participants will receive a copy from their shoot from Russell as well as updates with your portrait.

As we celebrate 30 years in business, we look beyond your role and high-vis, to celebrate the individual stories from the rich tapestry of people, who have made significant contributions to our success.
The I AM MINRES campaign is a celebration of unique people and experiences.
Your participation will culminate in a special I AM MINRES exhibition, which will tell the story of the people who work on our sites.
How to apply?
Russell will be visiting our sites to capture these incredible photos. Click on your site below to book a session. Be quick, as we have limited appointments per site.
Upon booking a time and day, you will be asked a few questions to help our team understand and curate your story, and to prepare a brief for the session.
