Our new Chief People and Shared Services Officer

We’re pleased to welcome Bronwyn Grieve to the MinRes leadership team in the newly created role of Chief People and Shared Services Officer.

Bronwyn Grieve - Chief People and Shared Services Officer

Bronwyn will lead the development of our People and Shared Services Strategy, including the introduction of world class policies and systems to make MinRes an even better place to work and a magnet for the best talent in the resources industry.

MinRes is undergoing transformational growth and Bronwyn says she is looking forward to redefining the employee experience to attract and retain the best people, while delivering modern, efficient and centralised services to underpin growth.

“MinRes is known for its innovative approach to mining and mining services and I plan to extend this philosophy to our people policies and programs to ensure MinRes is recognised as the go-to employer in the resources industry,” Bronwyn says.

“As our operations expand in size and complexity, we also need to deliver state of the art corporate services to our business units and ensure that they are equipped with the tools to deliver consistently high standards. Our focus on technological innovation will be a critical part of supporting growth across the business.”

Bronwyn brings a diverse range of skills and experience to the business, including more than two decades leading teams and advising organisations on transformational change.

Much of her career was spent with the World Bank managing strategic investment and advisory programs, as well as large-scale international development projects. Since returning to Perth at the start of the pandemic she has held senior executive positions in the WA Government, supporting the State’s COVID recovery and growth policies.

It’s an exciting time for MinRes and we’re fortunate that Bronwyn has joined us as a key member of our executive team. Welcome to the MinRes family Bronwyn!
