Chief Executive Iron Ore and Energy
Darren oversees MinRes' Iron Ore business and also leads the company's focus on cleaner energy sources.
He joined MinRes in 1996 before leaving in 2006 to project manage construction at the Telfer gold/copper mine, Boddington gold mine and Hancock’s Roy Hill mine.
Darren returned to MinRes in 2018, bringing a wealth of experience to a range of projects, including his work as Project Director of our Wonmunna mine and Project Director of our Onslow Iron project.
He has also served as the General Manager of our Kwinana Workshop and was instrumental in setting up MinRes’ Apprentice program.
