Cooking isn’t just my job, it’s my life and passion. As a young child, I used to love going shopping to see the fresh produce and imagine what I could make with all of the ingredients to balance the flavours and textures. I still get inspired every time I see fresh seafood, vegetable and meat – I think of the sauces, and techniques I can use to create the food I love to eat and serve. I’m happiest in the kitchen, creating dishes that delight and entertain people.
