All goods and services supplied to MinRes are required to be supplied in accordance with the applicable MinRes Terms and Conditions of Purchase unless a separate overriding written contract has been entered into with MinRes.
Small business suppliers
If MinRes’ purchase of goods and/or services from you (as set out in the applicable purchase order) amounts to a ‘small business contract’ (as that term is defined in the ‘Australian Consumer Law’ set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Law Act 2010 (Cth)) (Small Business Contract), the document below labelled ‘MRL-CS-TOC-0002 – MinRes Terms & Conditions of Purchase – Small Business’ will apply to that Purchase Order.
Non-small business suppliers
If MinRes’ purchase of goods and/or services from you (as set out in the applicable purchase order) is not a Small Business Contract (as defined above), the document below labelled ‘MRL-CS-TOC-0001 – MinRes Standard Terms & Conditions of Purchase’ will apply to that Purchase Order.
