Darren Killeen
Chief Operating Officer
Darren holds more than 30 years’ experience in project delivery across Australia and internationally.
He joined Mineral Resources in 2009 and has held several key leadership roles including Manager of Projects, General Manager Infrastructure and Development, and Executive General Manager Construction.
As Chief Executive Engineering and Construction and led the design, construction and commissioning of the transformational Onslow Iron project. He has also supported other large-scale assets underpinning the company’s iron ore, lithium and mining services portfolios.
In 2026, Darren was appointed Chief Operating Officer and now oversees safe and efficient operations across our commodity divisions.
