Darren Hardy

Chief Executive Energy
Darren commenced as our Chief Executive Energy in May 2023 and today leads MinRes' transition to cleaner energy sources.
He joined MinRes in 1996 before leaving in 2006 to project manage construction at the Telfer gold/copper mine, Boddington gold mine and Hancock’s Roy Hill mine.
Darren returned to MinRes in 2018, bringing a wealth of experience to a range of projects, including his work as Project Director of our Wonmunna mine and Project Director of our Onslow Iron project.
He has also served as the General Manager of our Kwinana Workshop and was instrumental in setting up MinRes’ Apprentice program.
