Since FY18, we have continued to integrate sustainability across our business.
Released our inaugural Environmental, Social and Governance Report.
Commenced reporting in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative Standards.
Engaged external auditor EY to complete limited assurance over sustainability performance indicators.
Reported our annual gender statistics to the Australian Government's Workplace Gender Equality Agency.
Developed, formalised and published our Sustainability Policy and Human Rights Policy externally.
Established our first cross-functional Sustainability Working Group.
Reported in alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and, for climate-related disclosures, in alignment with the recommendations of the Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
Developed our Roadmap to Net Zero Emissions, with a goal to achieve net zero emissions by 2050.
Reported in line with the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board.
Joined the United Nations Global Compact and reported in line with the Ten Principles.
Released our inaugural Modern Slavery Statement.
Developed our inaugural Reconciliation Action Plan, formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia.

Worked to address gender pay gaps across comparable positions through a company-wide review.

Established the AASB Steering Committees, accompanied by the formation of the AASB Working Group.
Delivered our first Human Rights Strategy for supply to optimise people, systems and processes.

Updated our Net Zero Roadmap, including a revised interim ambition of 45 per cent reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions intensity for our mining operations by 2035.
