Andrea Chapman

Director People
Andrea leads MinRes’ People division and oversees the company’s approach to human resources, health and safety, employee relations and remuneration and benefits. She is also responsible for people systems and services, recruitment, and learning, training and development.
With more than two decades of experience across the mining, energy and manufacturing sectors, Andrea has held senior HR leadership roles and delivered large-scale culture, capability and organisational growth programs.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Population Health and a Master of Commerce in Employee Relations from the University of Western Australia, along with a Graduate Diploma in Employment and Labour Relations Law from the University of Melbourne.
