MinRes appoints Paul Everingham as Director of Strategy and Growth

Mineral Resources (MinRes) has announced the appointment of Paul Everingham to its executive leadership team in the role of Director of Strategy and Growth.

Everingham will lead MinRes’ Business Development and Corporate Affairs functions, working alongside executive leaders to drive the next chapter of growth for the company and building on the work of the late Tim Picton.

He will join MinRes in the coming months, relocating to Perth from Singapore where he has been serving as the inaugural Chief Executive of the Asia Natural Gas and Energy Association (ANGEA).

Established in 2022, ANGEA represents members across the full global gas value chain and engages with governments, industries and communities throughout Asia.

Prior to his role at ANGEA, Everingham was Chief Executive of the Chamber of Minerals and Energy of Western Australia from 2018 to 2022, when he led the WA resources sector’s response to the COVID‑19 pandemic in partnership with Federal and State governments.

MinRes Managing Director Chris Ellison welcomed Everingham's appointment.

“Paul is a highly respected leader in the global resources and energy sectors, with a proven track record in delivering results at high-performing organisations," Ellison said.

"We look forward to working closely with Paul when he commences in the coming months."

Everingham said he is eager to contribute to the company's continued success.

“I am excited to be joining Chris and the whole team at MinRes," he said.

"This is a uniquely successful and entrepreneurial resources company that is fantastically placed for its next stage of growth.”
