Director Governance and Compliance
Kate drives MinRes’ focus on corporate governance and compliance, reporting directly to the Board Chair ensuring the company upholds the highest standards of transparency, accountability and regulatory adherence.
As a lawyer with more than 25 years’ experience, Kate has engaged extensively across the mining industry and has effectively managed complex regulatory frameworks and stakeholder environments.
Before joining MinRes, she spent 13 years with IGO Ltd in senior roles including Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Head of Risk and Compliance.
Kate holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Murdoch University.
