Our NextGen Early Learning Centre sets a new standard for in-house early learning and education, exclusively for the children of MinRes employees.
Conveniently located next to our world-class head office at 24 Walters Drive, Osborne Park, NextGen offers early learning and a creche service designed to help MinRes parents balance work and family commitments.
Operated by MinRes, we ensure exceptional education and care with our team of experienced early childhood educators and teachers.

High quality education and care
We have recruited our own team of professional educators and teachers to implement a play-based curriculum that aligns with the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
Our learning philosophy draws inspiration from both the Reggio Emilia approach and the Curiosity Approach, placing a strong emphasis on community and relationship-building.
Through activities like cooking, yoga, and the arts, we encourage children to connect, collaborate, and grow together.
Lively outdoor spaces
The centre features four large outdoor environments that feature playgrounds inspired by the mining equipment used at MinRes’ iron ore and lithium operations in the Pilbara and Goldfields.
Where does your little one fit in?
In the Babies Room, young children embark on their first adventures, exploring their surroundings with the curiosity of miners venturing into new, uncharted territories.
Our pre-toddlers are gently uncovering sparkling moments of growth as they explore their world with wonder. Each day is a journey through curiosity, connection and creativity, where even the smallest discoveries shine bright.
Toddlers in the Discovery Depot are like diligent miners uncovering rich deposits, enthusiastically learning, and discovering new things every day.
The Adventure Quarry for Pre-K children is a place of imagination and excitement, where children dig deep into creative play and exploration.
In the Junior Prospectors room, Kindergarteners have reached a milestone in their skills, much like seasoned prospectors who are ready for the next step in their journey, prepared to take on new challenges and adventures.
In the Infant Room, each baby is like a newly discovered treasure, precious and delicate, nurtured in a caring and protective environment.
Spotlight on: Nutritious food offerings
Our onsite kitchen prepares healthy snacks and lunches overseen by Chef Carrie Kelly and her talented team. The menu changes daily, offering nutritionally balanced and creative meals designed to tempt even the fussiest taste buds. All meals are made in-house and feature a wide array of fresh fruit and vegetables.
