Nick has more than 30 years of legal experience and oversees legal, contractual and commercial matters across the business.
He has previously held senior executive positions with Australian and international mining and resources companies and earlier in his career worked in a top-tier law firm.
Nick’s expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory matters, project development and mining related activities across multiple jurisdictions – helping to secure value and protect MinRes’ interests across its various operations.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science.
