Our Osborne Park head office sets a new standard for employee wellbeing.
The state-of-the-art building meets the International WELL certification and includes a café, restaurant, 800m² gym, early learning centre, and a GP and mental health service.

MinRes operates a dedicated Early Learning Centre next door to our Osborne Park head office.

The facility provides high-quality and convenient early learning and care service for children of MinRes employees at heavily subsidised rates, helping ease the transition from parental leave back to the office.

We are setting a new standard in accommodation for the resource industry, with 500 resort-style rooms now occupied at Mungala Resort.

Aimed at changing the culture of FIFO living, Mungala Resort supports our Onslow Iron project and is located near our Ken's Bore mine site.

All employees accommodated at the Resort enjoy rooms three times the size of traditional FIFO accommodation, a queen size bed, in-room washer-dryer, big screen television and kitchenette.

While Mungala Resort leads our efforts to redefine the on-site experience, ongoing village improvements through our hospitality and village services are being rolled out at all MinRes sites.

MinRes strives to provide the best food in the mining industry, with a focus on high-quality, seasonal produce.

We allocate above industry rates for our catering budget, with the option to order off an a la carte menu or enjoy the buffet.

MinRes Air is redefining the travel experience for our FIFO workforce and supporting safety and productivity by ensuring our people travel to and from site as quickly, conveniently and comfortably as possible.

Services currently operate from Perth and Brisbane to our operations in the Pilbara and Goldfields.
