The Mineral Resources Limited Annual General Meeting will be held at 9:30am AWST on 18 November 2026 at Mineral Resources Park (Function Room - 42 Bishopsgate Street, Lathlain WA).

Shareholders can attend, vote and participate in the AGM in person or online.

If attending the AGM in person, registration will commence at 8:30am AWST. Shareholders are encouraged to bring their Voting Form.

Shareholders also have the option to attend the meeting virtually via the Computershare online portal on the day of the AGM.
