Our Training and Development team provides comprehensive safety, leadership and business training for all MinRes employees. We deliver inductions daily to ensure new employees are equipped for their roles as well as practical assessments and immersive simulator training. We also support apprentices and trainees with structured programs and help graduates transition into the workforce.
Our MinRes Learn platform also offers a wide variety of comprehensive online courses for professional development.
Leadership
Our foundational program aims to empower emerging leaders by providing participants with practical tools and the skills to enhance their leadership capability while guiding and inspiring them to build their self-awareness and lead with influence.

Trade and Trainess
A four-year structured training program that earns participants a nationally recognised trade qualification. Apprentices spend two years at our Workshops to develop their trade skill set before rotating to one of our operational sites for their third and fourth years.

Professional pathways
Our Graduate Program supports university graduates transitioning from study into the professional workforce. The program is tailored to specific disciplines and includes practical training in technical competencies, rotations within departments, real life project work and development of skills through workshops and networking opportunities.
The Graduate Program is a structured program running between 12 to 24 months, incorporating a blend of on-site and office-based rotations.
