Chief Executive Mining Services

Mike has over 35 years' experience in the mining industry, having started his career with Alluvial Gold Mining where he was responsible for constructing, operating and maintaining numerous floating gold dredges and hard rock gold mining and processing.

After gaining valuable experience in the gold industry, Mike moved into iron ore mining, holding a range of mine maintenance and management positions across projects in the Kimberley, Pilbara and Yilgarn regions of Western Australia.

Through his experience, Mike has gained in-depth knowledge of the operational side of mining and in 2009 joined MinRes as General Manager, Crushing Services International - now trading as CSI Mining Services (CSI) - and has guided our growth as one of Australia’s most recognised crushing and processing businesses.

In his current role as Chief Executive Mining Services, Mike is responsible for the full scope of MinRes' mining services and continues to strengthen our capabilities in road and rail haulage, camps and marine services.

In addition, Mike is responsible for business development activities and ensuring MinRes delivers on key projects currently under development.
