Hardy holds deep experience across MinRes and his leadership of the company's Iron Ore and Energy teams has helped drive significant growth over recent years.

With Lithium added to his remit, Hardy will hold full oversight of MinRes commodity projects and work closely with Chief Operating Officer Darren Killeen and the broader executive team to prioritise productivity, efficiency, costs and safety across projects.

Hardy and Thurlow will manage a detailed handover and MinRes' day-to-day Lithium operations will continue without disruption.
