Paul has three decades' experience in senior corporate and government roles in Australia and internationally.
Most recently, he was Chief Executive of a leading Singapore-based energy policy organisation focused on Asia's access to reliable and affordable power.
He was previously Chief Executive of WA's Chamber of Minerals & Energy, overseeing the mining industry's COVID-19 response.
From 2006 to 2018, Paul built a successful corporate advisory and government relations firm and has also served as a senior adviser in the Commonwealth Treasury and Finance Ministry. Earlier, he worked in corporate recovery and commercial banking for global firms.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from Financial Services Institute of Australia.
